| 7th and 8th Grade Parent Group |
Calling all 7th and 8th grade parents! We would like to put together a parent group that connects parents with each other and with teachers. Some ideas for the group:
- support parents and teachers with use of parent portal, Class Dojo, and with classroom situations. Keeping each other informed; creating a chain of communication.
- help organize the student council events and fundraisers. Assist with motivating the council to take on community service projects as well.
- assist with a newsletter for the 7th and 8th grade class. Help the kids write stories about what is happening in school.
- help plan activities for the kids (i.e., 8th grade trip, homecoming dances, year-end/graduation activities, etc.)
