Story Arts!
StoryArts is an arts based, 4-week summer program
held in the Logan Center for South Side middle school students. This year, StoryArts will bring incredible teaching artists who work in film production, music production, and spoken word poetry, leading a curriculum culminating in a final film project. Campers
will also have the opportunity to visit MetroSquash, go on field trips around the city, and build lasting friendships!The camp will run from June 20-July 25, Mondays through
Fridays 9-3pm with optional after care from 3-5pm. We provide lunch and snacks. There is a $50 materials fee, but scholarships are available upon request. Math Week for 5-21-18
7th: Math Essentials re-test this Friday. Study guide shared in Google Classroom. We also continue to translate everyday language into the language of algebra by writing equations from word problems. PTO Meeting - Family Cooking Night
We're devoting our last meeting of the year to cooking! On May 22nd at 5:30 pm, families will get to experience Ray School's Pilot Light food education program by preparing a meal together.
We will be working together to make ingredients that can be used for Banh Mi sandwiches, a rice dish or a green salad.
